  • You are qualified for a complete refund if you cancel your reservation 48 hours ahead of time.
  • Refund of 50% will follow from cancellation made between 48 hours and 24 hours.
  • You will not be qualified for a refund, though, if you book less than 24 hours before the event.

  • Tenant must comply with the rent specific times; extra time will be charged.
  • If the motorcycle is seized by any authority, or if any accident/damage occurs to the motorcycle or others, the tenant is fully responsible before handing over the asset.
  • Tenant must inspect the motorcycle before use and ensure it is free from defects.
  • Lessor has the right to draw back the motorcycle at any time without informing the tenant.
  • In case of bicycle/bike, the lessee is not entitled to complete the remaining time.
  • Lessor has the right to seize the passport, ID, or driver’s license until the end of rental time.
  • Seat belt, helmet, and careful driving are required. In case of death or injury, the company is not responsible and there is no insurance.
  • Tenant must follow the guide’s instructions and track. Drifting, jumping, or sharp turning is not tolerated. Safety is the first priority.

  • If full payment is made and customer requests refund, 100% of paid amount will be deducted.
  • Tenant agrees to pay for all damages caused to any equipment, motorbike, buggy, vehicle, or others during activities.
